LAURA SANZ

Laura Sanz is a young enthusiastic lover of cinema, who has a developed a double career in Journalism and Audiovisual Communication in Madrid, Spain, where she was born. Her desires to know other cultures, lead her to pursuing  her student exchanges in Sao Paulo (Brazil), Guadalajara (Mexico) and Bologna (Italy). She is also a Director of Photography, having graduating from the International School of Cinema and Television, EICTV (Cuba).

 

Laura has filmed in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, United States, Cuba, Canada, Mongolia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She is presented her photography series Faces in the World Event Young Artist -WEYA- (Nottingham, England) in 2012 and she took part in several workshops related to the audiovisual sector, like “Operative in nonlinear edition in cinema, video and television” (Spain), “The Cinematographic Language”, taught by Rosencrantz & Guildenstern (Italy) and “Analog photography course in B&W” at the Museo Reina Sofía in Madrid.

 

Her goal is to continue traveling the world and become a recognized Director of Photography.
